Quilting Service Terms of Sale

Quilting is an art, and we will do our best to finish your quilt the way you would like.

The more you let us know what you would like, the better we can quilt it the way you want.

We may make recommendations regarding thread color, or size of pattern, but will not make any changes without your permission.

If your quilt does turn out the way you had hoped, we will try our hardest to make it right. but do not guarantee nor refund charges.

On rare occasions we know there will be a mistake.   Sometimes the borders or quilt bodies do not lay flat which may cause a small pleat or ripple. We do spray "Flatter" on your quilt so be sure it is color fast, we have had a couple bleed because of the spray.

We will post a video of your quilt being stitched on our Facebook page , If you do not want your quilt posted, please let us know in the comment section when you check out.

When you send us your quilt, you are trusting in our best judgement, and  we promise to do the best we possibly can.
